David Crouch II is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Decorus Imperium. David began his finance career trading stocks at the age of thirteen and launched a global financial literacy organization at the age of fourteen. Since then, he has been committed to paving the way for Generation Z in the world of finance through education and career guidance. Currently, the financial literacy organization is active in 36 countries, and it is growing every day.

In addition to his renowned career in finance, David extends his economic expertise to the realm of policy-making, advising on key issues in Congress, both in the House and Senate. His role encompasses critical areas such as supply chain efficiency, tax policy refinement, and the sustainable management of natural resources, each vital to the nation's security and economic stability. David collaborates with officials from the Department of Defense, the Department of Treasury,  State Department and the Department of Commerce on policy discussions. Continuing from his contributions in policy-making, David also lends his acumen to the cryptocurrency sector. With over nine years of experience in this rapidly evolving field, he plays a supportive role in assisting the development and regulation of cryptocurrencies. His efforts are currently involved on contributing to the creation of regulatory frameworks for Centralized Exchanges, Decentralized Exchanges, Initial Coin Offerings, and Decentralized Finance. David's engagement in this field demonstrates his commitment to merging traditional financial wisdom with cutting-edge financial innovations, fostering a balanced and forward-thinking approach to the incorporation of these technologies into the global economic system.

He has collaborated with Trinary Capital on various investment banking projects, including solar arrays and LNG refineries. Currently, he advises on oil and natural gas solutions in Eastern Europe, focusing on national security and defensive supply chains in the region. His international experience also extends to the Balkans and Southern Europe, where he has partnered with foreign governments on the extraction and refinement of mineral resources.

David completed the Yale Financial Markets curriculum with honors and the Duke University Behavioral Economics curriculum.  David is pursuing his Masters in Finance and a Masters in Data, Economic Development, and Policy at MIT.  In addition to his Masters program, he self-studies a multitude of economic theories including, Mechanism Design Theory with Bayesian applications, New Trade Theory, the Case Shiller Index, the Yield Curve, and Interest Rate Model theories.

Luke Hally is a high-level lobbyist in Brussels with an extensive network across EU institutions, industry associations, and private sector stakeholders. Specializing in trade, security and defence policy, he provides strategic insights for third-country partners and multinational corporations navigating the complexities of EU decision-making. His expertise lies in EU-Asia geopolitical affairs, particularly multilateral security cooperation between the EU and ASEAN and trade risk foresight analysis.

With a deep understanding of European defence and trade policy, Luke has worked on interoperability, military intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives for European land forces at the European Army Centre for Interoperability. He has held research leadership positions at the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research (HIIK), overseeing Central Asian conflict analysis, and at the European Army Centre for Interoperability in Brussels, where he contributed to policy solutions for force interoperability and human security.

Luke has also worked within the European Commission’s Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations, refining his policy engagement and advocacy skills. His published work in Defense & Security Analysis Journal and The European Defence & Security Union magazine informs key decision-makers on emerging security risks and EU strategic objectives.

His global perspective is reinforced by early career roles in intergovernmental relations in Tokyo, academic research at the Trinity Centre for Asian Studies, and public policy communications as EU Affairs Manager at Euractiv, one of the most influential political media publications in the EU.

Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s degree in European and Asian Studies from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, both awarded Summa Cum Laude.

Peter Wilkie is a political strategist and advisor specializing in transatlantic conservative relations, with expertise in the politics of Germany, Spain, and above all, the United Kingdom. His political experience extends further across Austria, Italy, Serbia, and the European Union, contributing to an extensive network of connections within government, industry, and policymaking circles. 

Peter currently serves as a strategic political advisor to the Conservative Party of the United Kingdom. As an American advising the Conservative Party, Peter plays a critical role in strengthening the party’s relationship with the Republican Party of the United States and expanding its influence. Given America’s status as the global leader in geopolitical affairs, his position within the party—and the bilateral engagement he spearheads between conservative leaders in the United Kingdom and the United States—is instrumental in reinforcing the special relationship between both countries. His work has been particularly impactful in Newcastle upon Tyne and the Northeast, where he has been at the forefront of efforts to grow the Conservative movement and build lasting political and business alliances. 

Peter’s primary responsibility is coordinating high-level bilateral engagements between elected officials and senior members of the Conservative Party and the Republican Party. Beyond political diplomacy, he also fosters strategic relationships between conservative business leaders in both nations, ensuring that Newcastle and the Northeast become a key hub for the future of industry and conservatism in the United Kingdom. Ahmed Albadrani is the Head of  Saudi and Gulf Relations at Decorus Partners. His path through the realms of energy analysis, international diplomacy, and environmental stewardship have shaped him into a multifaceted leader in global affairs. Ahmed’s career began auspiciously at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC), where, straight out of high school, he delved into the intricate landscapes of energy research and global oil markets. While working with OPEC on analyzing the global oil market, Ahmed's insights and analyses provided crucial perspectives on energy technologies and market dynamics.

Transitioning seamlessly into becoming a geopolitical analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed honed his diplomatic acumen amidst complex international relations. His role as a Special Assistant to the Director of Policy at the Ministry of Energy further underscored his strategic prowess in navigating policy frameworks and shaping energy sector strategies.

Venturing into global sustainability, Ahmed's contributions at the United Nations Climate Conference gained him a greater perspective in the diplomatic ecosystem. Focused on advancing climate financing and fostering technology adoption, he played a significant role in shaping initiatives critical to environmental stewardship. Notably, at the precocious age of 20, Ahmed co-authored two scientific papers on carbon capture technology, highlighting his dedication to innovative solutions in environmental science and sustainability.

Mattias Vanderley is the President of Young NATO Canada and an HBA graduate of the Ivey School of Business. He made history as the youngest Conservative candidate for Member of Parliament in the last federal election and served as President of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Youth, as well as a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario Board.

Carson Clayton is Decorus Partners’ Agriculture and Agribusiness Expert, blending his agricultural roots with legislative expertise and national political ties. Raised in a small Illinois town, Carson developed an early passion for agriculture through his involvement in 4‑H, FFA, and hands-on experiences with livestock. His family’s longstanding commitment to agriculture inspired him to pursue a career that connects grassroots agricultural practices with effective policy and leadership. His journey naturally led him to Nebraska—the heartland of America's agricultural industry—where he deepened his understanding of agribusiness and public policy.

After earning dual Associate Degrees from Carl Sandburg College, Carson advanced his studies at the University of Nebraska‑Lincoln. Majoring in Political Science with emphasis on American Government and Policy and International Relations, he immersed himself in the vibrant agricultural culture of the region while gaining insights into state and national policymaking. Now serving as a Legislative Aide in the Nebraska Legislature, he leverages extensive connections within both state and private agricultural sectors to drive strategic agribusiness solutions and policy initiatives.
